Delete Your Account
Users can remove their accounts directly through the app, though this option requires prior authentication via Email, Facebook, Apple ID, or similar methods. Guest accounts cannot be deleted this way.
How to Delete Your Account
- Launch the app and navigate to the Profile section in the navigation bar.
- Select Account.
- Click the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the action; once verified, the account and all connected information disappears permanently.
What data will be deleted?
- Account information (email, Facebook, Apple ID).
- Game progress.
- Purchases linked to your account.
- Any personal data stored on our servers.
Data Retention
The account and associated data are removed immediately after deletion confirmation within the app.
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your in-game progress, virtual items, and purchases cannot be restored.
