1. Who We Are

Dananeer is a social gaming platform for card, board, and turn-based games, operated by Dananeer, a registered company in Jordan, based in Amman.

2. Eligibility

To use Dananeer, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country or any country where the Service is available.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You sign in to Dananeer using Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login, or Email OTP. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• All activity that takes place on your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@dananeer.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may also play as a guest in some modes. Guest progress may be limited and is not guaranteed to persist across devices or reinstalls.

You may have only one active account at a time. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage, evade restrictions, or abuse promotions is prohibited.

4. License to Use Dananeer

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Dananeer for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Use bots, scripts, modified clients, automation tools, or any third-party software to interact with the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Acceptable Use and Player Conduct

Dananeer is a social platform. To keep it safe and enjoyable, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players, manipulate match outcomes, or engage in chip-dumping.
• Harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against other players based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other characteristic.
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate another person, including Dananeer staff, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use voice or video chat to record, broadcast, or share other players without their consent.
• Solicit personal information from other players, especially minors.
• Spam, advertise, or promote third-party products or services without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, removal of in-game items or currency, and reporting to authorities where required.

6. Voice and Video Chat

Dananeer offers in-game voice and video chat between players. You acknowledge that:

• Communications between players take place in real time and are between players directly.
• You should not share personal information, financial details, or sensitive content over voice or video chat.
• We may monitor or limit chat features to enforce these Terms and protect users.
• Recording, screenshotting, or sharing other players' voice or video without their explicit consent is prohibited.

7. In-Game Economy, Virtual Items, and Purchases

Virtual items

Dananeer includes virtual currency, chips, gifts, and items used inside the game (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and are licensed to you — not sold.

The Bazaar and trading

Where the Service allows trading or exchanging Virtual Items between players (the "Bazaar"), all such activity is subject to the rules displayed in-app. We may adjust, limit, or suspend Bazaar functionality at any time.

In-app purchases

Purchases of Virtual Items, where available, are processed entirely by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers, and are subject to their terms. We do not collect or store payment card details.

No refunds from us

All purchases of Virtual Items are final. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store (Apple, Google) under that store's policy, not by Dananeer.

Changes and termination

We may modify, replace, devalue, or remove Virtual Items at any time, including when an account is suspended, terminated, or deleted. You will not be entitled to compensation for any Virtual Items lost in such cases.

8. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to the Service, including your nickname, avatar, chat messages, and voice/video communications ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Dananeer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.

We may remove any User Content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, harmed other users, or created legal risk for Dananeer.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately.
• Your Virtual Items, in-game progress, and User Content may be deleted.
• These Terms continue to apply to past use, and to provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page for instructions.

10. Third-Party Services

Dananeer integrates third-party services, including Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login, Firebase, payment providers, and analytics tools. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Dananeer is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in Dananeer — including the app, game design, artwork, logos, sounds, code, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Dananeer and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Dananeer name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Dananeer. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or in all regions.
• Game outcomes, matchmaking, or rankings will always be accurate.
• The Service will be free from bugs, crashes, or downtime.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dananeer and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Dananeer through in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) twenty (20) U.S. dollars.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dananeer and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

15. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature, including Virtual Items and the Bazaar) at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dananeer regarding the Service.
